PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove box capable of accurately controlling a dew point in a box to be any dew point with small energy, without complicating a device.SOLUTION: A dehumidification rotor 1 is divided into an adsorption zone 2, a purge zone 3, and a regeneration zone 4, in a rotating direction thereof. A part or the whole of outside air is made to pass through the adsorption zone 2, and a part of the rest of the outside air is made to pass through a bypass path equipped with a flow rate control device communicating an upstream side branch point 28 and a downstream side merge point 29 of the adsorption zone 2 to be supplied to a box 5 of a supply destination. By combining regeneration temperature ratio control and bypass flow rate control, dew point temperature in the box 5 can be accurately controlled to be any drew point temperature with the small amount of energy consumption. |
