PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a necessary treatment in advance of an abnormal situation occurring to a monitor-target article in a security system.SOLUTION: A security terminal 30 registers terminal position information with a center terminal 10, which transmits monitoring-area information to a mobile terminal 70 and an on-road terminal 100. The mobile terminal 70 and the on-road terminal 100 collect and transmit surroundings information. Having received the surroundings information, the center terminal 10 transmits high-suspicion information to the security terminal 30 upon detecting presence of "something suspicious" in a monitoring-surrounding area AA as a result of suspicion-degree calculation processing. Having received the high-suspicion information, the security terminal 30 sets frequencies of obtaining detection results at detection means 40 to high for area-monitoring processing, and drives an intimidation part 50 to issue an alarm if an abnormal situation occurs to a monitor-target article and in a monitoring area WA as a result of determination, at every time the detection means 40 obtains a detection result. |
