PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational efficiency of generators and stabilize a voltage of a power line.SOLUTION: A voltage stabilization control device for stabilizing a voltage of a power line of a loop system comprises: the power line supplied with power from a higher power system; a first generator and a second generator connected to the power line; and a switch disposed between the first generator and the second generator on the power line, and having the power line connected in a loop via the switch. The voltage stabilization control device comprises: a detection section for detecting the occurrence of accidents in the first generator and the second generator; and a control section for controlling the switch on the basis of the detection result of the detection section. The switch is open unless the detection section detects the occurrence of an accident, and if the detection section detects the occurrence of an accident in either of the first generator and the second generator, the control section controls the switch on.
