PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module capable of realizing miniaturization and high density and reducing cross talk than a conventional manner.SOLUTION: An optical module 100 comprises: an optical device 102 having a plurality of light emitting elements 101; a control device 103 for receiving a signal to and from the optical device 102; and a substrate 104 having a plurality of lines 104a and 104b for passing the signal therethrough and a ground pattern 107. Each of the light emitting elements has an anode terminal 106a and a cathode terminal 106b on a surface of the optical device. Anode terminals are respectively connected to different lines via a first wire 105a, and cathode terminals are respectively connected to different lines via a first wire. A plurality of lines connected to cathode terminals are connected each other via the second wire 108, and are connected to the ground pattern via the second wire. |
