PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side cowl structure of a motor cycle for enhancing work efficiency and appearance.SOLUTION: A side cowl structure comprises: an upper member; and a cover member which is a separate body from the upper member to form an opening for exposing a part of a drive source. The upper member has an upper through hole 40 adjacent to an upper part of the opening and into which a fastening member 91 for fixing a vehicle body is inserted. The cover member is adjacently arranged to a rear part of the opening. The cover member has: a coating part 61 which coats the upper through hole 40 from the outside of the vehicle body; an engaging part 62 which is engaged to the vehicle body or a member fixed to the vehicle body and hidden by the upper member or the coating part 61; an extension part 67 which extends downward from the coating part 61; and a cover through hole 68 which is provided to the extension part 67 and into which a fastening member 93 for fixing the vehicle body is inserted. |
