PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure temporal stability of a tin component by solving problems of an excessive increase in amount of an electroless tin-based plating liquid and a scatter of a supplement component when the tin component is supplied to the electroless tin-based plating liquid.SOLUTION: There is provided a paste supplement for electroless tin-based plating liquid which contains (A)soluble stannous salt, (B) at least one kind between an acid selected from the group of inorganic acids and organic acids and its salt, and (C) an anti-oxidant, and is pasty while water is added or not added. With a paste agent, the plating liquid is prevented from increasing in amount even the paste supplement is repeatedly supplied, there is not a risk of a scatter of powder to a periphery, and temporal stability of the stannous component can be improved by adding an anti-oxidant. |
