PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating apparatus capable of homogeneously heating the entirety of a sheet structure comprising an electroconductive fiber sheet and a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: A sheet structure W comprising an electroconductive fiber sheet W1 and a thermoplastic resin W2 is heated by installing, respectively above and below the sheet structure W, flat plate-shaped coils 3 and 4 provided by configuring magnetic paths along middle portions thereof, whereas outer peripheral coils 9 and 10 are configured respectively on left and right edge planes of magnetic metal containers 5 and 6 through which the respective outer peripheral paths of the flat plate-shaped coils 3 and 4 pass for providing a constitution wherein magnetic paths formed by the respective outer peripheral coils 9 and 10 pass through both edge portions of the sheet structure W. |
