PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for various electronic devices that has a small number of components, can be reduced in thickness, is inexpensive and enables reliable operation.SOLUTION: Any of plural first conductive layers 13 having a substantially belt-like shape and plural second conductive layers 14 having a substantially belt-like shape and disposed in a direction orthogonal to a direction of the first conductive layers is formed with plural conductive parts 14A having a substantially rectangular shape and plural connection parts 14B connecting the conductive parts 14A with each other. An insulator layer 12 is provided below a substrate 11. The first conductive layers 13 and the second conductive layers 14 are formed below the insulator layer 12. Since the first conductive layers 13 and the second conductive layers 14 are provided below the single substrate 11 through the insulator layer 12, a touch panel can be obtained which has a small number of components, can be reduced in the whole thickness, is inexpensive and enables reliable operation, and in which display by a display element on the back surface of the touch panel is easily viewed. |
