PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor of which the power consumption until starting of a plurality of start object devices is finished, is suppressed, and an image recorder and a program.SOLUTION: A first starting object device 12 starts starting in response to a start instruction and finishes the starting in a first specific operation state. A plurality of starting object devices 13 start respective starting in accordance with the start of starting of the first starting object device 12, and finish respective starting in a second specific operation state. A control part 14 performs control such that a time when the starting of the first starting object device 12 finishes approaches a time when the starting of the second starting object devices 13 finishes for each of the plurality of second starting object devices 13. |
