PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home relay device for controlling home equipment installed in a home capable of detecting the operation status of a portable terminal on a wide-area network.SOLUTION: A center server 300 installed on a wide-area network includes: a communication section 310 that communicates with a portable apparatus; a control section 320 that generates control commands; storage 340 that manages a piece of information on the instrument operating on a local network; and an instrument management section 330 that determines whether the instrument should be activated on the local network. |
