PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus for adjusting a gain value of de-emphasis in an adaptive manner for a system environment and to provide an electronic device including the same and a signal processing method.SOLUTION: A signal processing apparatus includes: a reception section for receiving data transmitted to an external device; a signal generation section for performing de-emphasis processing on the received data and outputs the data to the external device by using a de-emphasis value which is previously set; an information acquiring section for receiving equalizer information from the external device; and a control section for adjusting the de-emphasis value of the signal generation section on the basis of the received equalizer information.
