PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate PUCCH resources for feedback information effectively in the CA of TDD, even if the ratio between UL and DL sub-frames is changed at each CC.SOLUTION: A user terminal has a step for receiving the downlink control information for first cell and second cell allocated to the PDCCH of the first cell, and a step for generating the retransmission control signal of each downlink data signal in a predetermined PUCCH format, and then allocating the retransmission control signal to the PUCCH resource of the first cell and feeding back. When the ratio of DL sub-frame in the second cell is higher than that in the first cell, a PUCCH format 3 is applied to the retransmission control signal of downlink data signal of second cell, demodulated using the downlink control information having a CCE number of a predetermined value or less, and a PUCCH format 1b is applied to the retransmission control signal of downlink data signal of second cell, demodulated using the downlink control information having a CCE number larger than a predetermined value. |
