PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation system capable of reducing the power storage capacity of a storage battery system in an output constant control type wind power plant and capable of reducing the installation cost.SOLUTION: In the wind power generation control device, when the current storage battery charging rate SOC of the storage battery system is within a range from an upper limit to a lower limit of a storage battery charging rate target range SOCT, an average value PA of the wind power generation is set as a power generation planned value PT (S12); when the current storage battery charging rate SOC of the storage battery system exceeds the upper limit of the storage battery charging rate target range SOCT, a value of the average value of the wind power generation which is multiplied by a positive constant greater than 1 is set as the power generation planned value PT (S14); and when the current storage battery charging rate SOC of the storage battery system is lower than the lower limit of the storage battery charging rate target range SOCT, a value of the average value of the wind power generation which is multiplied by a positive constant smaller than 1 is set as the power generation planned value PT (S15). |
