The present invention relates to an injection molding type temperature sensing sensor structure and a method for manufacturing the same. An injection molding type temperature sensing sensor structure of the present invention includes: a sensing device connected to the end of an electric wire; a first injection which is inserted with one end of the electric wire connected to the sensor device, and has a securing member supporting part protrude to support a securing member on the outer circumference; a sealing agent which is filled to seal the inside of the first injection accommodated with the end of the electric wire; and a second injection which is extended and formed through an additional process in the securing member supporting part and seals the sensor device and the end of the electric wire in the inside. By the present invention, in manufacturing a temperature sensing sensor through injection molding, air tightness is improved by molding an injection burr not to be formed in the part supporting the securing member. Short circuit is prevented by separating a soldering part of an expensive electric wire with a cheap electric wire as reducing the amount of the expensive electric wire used. Also, the method can weigh up and control the position of the sensor device exposed to the outside because the middle of the electric wire connected to the sensor device is fixed with the first injection first and then the other part is formed with the second injection. |
