PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas cooling device capable of improving the robustness of sealing performance by sealing off seal members from high-temperature exhaust gas, and suppressing the shake of EGR cooler cores due to thermal expansion or the vibration of an engine.SOLUTION: On the outer periphery sides of EGR cooler core housings 59, 60, seal members 63, 64 are mounted for liquid-tightly parting a cooling water outlet passage 30 from the outsides of an internal passage 34 and a housing part 31. Between EGR pipe flanges 51, 52 and pipe connection parts 43, 44, EGR pipe gaskets 55, 56 are mounted for air-tightly blocking off the insides of the internal passage 34 and EGR pipes 36, 37 from the outside of the housing part 31, respectively. On the EGR pipe gaskets 55, 56, elastic gas seal parts 55a, 56a are provided which are elastically compressed between the EGR cooler core housings 59, 60 and the EGR pipe flanges 51, 52 for sealing off exhaust gas passing through the internal passage 34 from the seal members 63, 64, respectively. |
