The present invention relates to an aerogel-applied outsole of shoes and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to an aerogel-applied outsole of shoes and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the aerogel is filled in an independent cell of a rubber sheet consisting of a honeycomb, and the upper and the lower sides thereof is finished with aramid fiber paper or non-woven fabric, and thereby, additionally manufacturing a functional pad, and the functional pad is inserted to be able to be exposed to the outside from the outsole of shoes, and thereby, sufficiently expressing heat insulation, breathability and water resist at the same time, such that, in the summer, the aerogel can emit, to the outside, heat generated in the inside of the shoes due to its ability to prevent water from invading and to penetrate air as well as can effectively prevent heat arisen from a sole of the bottom of the shoes due to its remarkable heat insulating ability, and on the contrary, in the winter, the aerogel can always keep the inside of the shoes warm by preventing cool arisen from the bottom.
