PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fatigue during observation for a long time while making a diameter of an insertion part smaller by a large and small imaging parts.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic endoscope system includes: imaging parts arranged at an insertion part insertable into a subject to be able to acquire two images A1, A2 having different resolution; an image processing part 4 for processing the two images A1, A2 acquired by the imaging part; and an image display part for displaying the images G1, G2 processed by the image processing part. The image processing part 4 includes: a resolution conversion part 10 performs conversion such that resolution of one image G having lower resolution between the images G, G2 approaches resolution of the other image G2. |
