PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that reduces non-uniform image density to prevent image quality degradation, and an image forming device including the developing device.SOLUTION: In a developing unit 20, a supply passage 45 is formed by a top end of a sidewall 43 of a developer supply conveyance path 27 to allow the developer in the developer supply conveyance path 27 to pass toward a developer carrier side over the entire area in a developer carrier rotary shaft direction in at least a developing area, and a regulation member 44 formed of a metallic material is provided to prevent the developer G3, which has been stopped by a developer regulation member 25 so as not to pass through a regulation gap, from moving toward a surface of the developer carrier 21 along a magnetic line of a regulation magnetic force. A bias is applied to the regulation member so as to move the toner from the surface of the developer carrier to the regulation member. |
