PURPOSE: A deep drawing mold has an inner cooling passage for cooling a die and a punch by corresponding to heat and thermal expansion caused by rubbing the die and the punch. CONSTITUTION: A deep drawing mold with a cooling passage includes a die (1) installed on an upper mold; a punch (2) arranged to face the die; a blank holder holding material between the blank holder and the die; a driving cylinder (4) expanded and shrunken by air or oil pressure; and a blanking die (5) guiding the blank holder. The die includes an inflow hole in which a cooling solution flows in via one lateral surface and is guided to the bottom surface; a first upper die with an outflow hole in which the cooling solution flows in via the bottom surface to the other lateral surface; and a second upper die with a guide groove on the top surface, which closely adheres to the bottom surface of the first upper die and is joined. |
