PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a feeling of exposing natural wind to a user in blowing from a blower.SOLUTION: A control unit 118 of an air conditioner controls a fan motor 116 of the air conditioner so that the wind speed of a fan 102 of the air conditioner is changed with time into a composite pattern composed of a plurality of patterns including a waveform pattern with a sinusoidal wave shape and a mountain-shaped fluctuation pattern having a width less than the 1/4 period of the waveform pattern in each period of the waveform pattern and a height larger than the amplitude of the waveform pattern.
