The induction heater (12) has three induction heating units (20,22,24,26) and two frequency units. A control unit and a switching unit with a switching module which response to signals from the control unit. Two of the induction heating units are connected in parallel with the frequency units. The frequency units are operated at a different phase of a multi-phase current connection. An independent claim is included for a method for operating induction heater. |
