PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation display device for a washing machine capable of easily identifying which operation screen is displayed when switching content of an operation of the washing machine among washing, washing to drying and drying.SOLUTION: An operation display device for a washing machine includes: a touch panel display part 38 which has a liquid crystal panel 34 which displays washing conditions and setting buttons; and a transparent plate 31 which is arranged so as to be overlapped with the liquid crystal panel 34 and which has a transparent electrode 33 on a rear surface, and which performs an operation by touching the transparent plate 31 with a finger. The touch panel display part 38 includes: a washing screen for displaying an operation course of washing; a drying screen for displaying an operation course of drying; and a washing/drying switching button for switching the washing screen and the drying screen. A background color 73 and a background image 74 displayed on the liquid crystal panel 34 are changed for the washing screen and the drying screen; thereby, it becomes easy to identify which operation screen is displayed, and operability is greatly improved. |
