PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device used for monocrystal double-sided generation type solar battery panels capable of increasing power generation efficiency on the rear side.SOLUTION: The solar cell device includes a diffusion prism and a rod lens array. The diffusion prism diffuses and reflects scattered light from the sun, and the rod lens array reflects direct light from the sun. With this, the rear side of the plural solar battery panel can be uniformly irradiated. As a result, the power generation amount on the rear side of the solar battery panel can be increased. |
