PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin excellent in chemical resistance, and compatibility with a coating material using an urethane based resin or an acrylic resin, etc., and capable of adding excellent re-coatability and good adhesion to a base material to a coating agent or a coating material when used for the coating agent or the coating material, and its application.SOLUTION: The resin is formed by co-polymerizing (a) a silicone macro monomer having a radical polymerizable group at one terminal, (b) a vinyl monomer having a hydroxyl group at a terminal and an alkylene oxide structure, (c) a vinyl monomer having a dioxolan structure and (d) a radical polymerizable monomer except the (a)-(c) monomers. |
