PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for relaxing building winds and ventilating air in an open ceiling space at low cost and effectively in a multi-layer building of a void type or the like.SOLUTION: In a multi-layer building A, an open ceiling space V penetrating floors is formed in a substantially central part in a planar view. A wind receiving space R of which the top is open, is formed by being substantially surrounded by a horizontal wind receiving part 1 which is formed by substantially horizontally protruding from a lower-layer portion A1 in an external wall surface S1 of the building A, and a perpendicular wind receiving part 2 which is formed substantially perpendicular upwards from an edge 11 of the horizontal wind receiving part 1. A wind guide part 3 is provided which communicates the wind receiving space R and the open ceiling space V, and building winds W2 are guided into the open ceiling space V. |
