PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium and a method for manufacturing the optical recording medium, whereby a stable hologram can be formed.SOLUTION: An optical recording medium includes a first transparent film layer, a second transparent film layer, and a recording material layer that is sandwiched between the first transparent film layer and the second transparent film layer, and includes a hologram recording material.
