PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning drive device using an N-type oxide thin film transistor, and to provide its driving method.SOLUTION: A scanning drive block comprises: a first transistor configured to transmit a clock signal, input to a first clock signal input end by a first input signal, to a first node; a second transistor configured to transmit a first power source voltage to a second node by the voltage of the first node; a first capacitor connected between the second node and a second clock signal input end and configured to change the voltage of the second node by a clock signal input to the second clock signal input end; a second capacitor connected between the second node and a third node and configured to change the voltage of the third node by change in the voltage of the second node; a third capacitor connected between the third node and a fourth node and configured to change the voltage of a fourth node by a change in the voltage of the third node; and a third transistor configured to transmit a clock signal, input to the first clock signal input end by the voltage of the fourth node, to an output end. |
