PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frictional resistance reducing ship which effectively reduces energy consumption during navigation while improving maintainability.SOLUTION: A first recess portion 21 extending in a ship length direction D1 is formed on a flat portion 5P of a ship bottom 5 from a bow side toward a stern side, a shape of the first recess portion 21 of the ship bottom 5 seen from below is in a symmetrical shape with respect to hull center line, a second recess portion 23 extending in the ship length direction D1 is formed on a ceiling surface 21t of the first recess portion 21 of the ship bottom 5 from a bow side to a stern side, a shape of the second recess portion 23 of the ship bottom 5 seen from below is in a symmetrical shape with respect to the hull center line, and blowout holes 27 for blowing out air into water are formed on the bow side of the ship bottom 5. |
