The present invention relates to a flow control device of an intercepting sewer which is provided to: easily monitor and dredge the inside of a storm overflow chamber without separating an opening and closing plate and a stopper plate, which are combined with a frame, from the frame by integrating an access hole for monitoring the inside of the storm overflow chamber with the frame; prevent the inoperable status of the opening and closing plate in advance, by integrating a cut-off plate with both ends of the stopper plate to block impurities from flowing in between the stopper plate and a clapboard; easily move the centroid of the opening and closing plate by removing only the clapboard without separating the opening and closing plate, by combining weights to the curved surfaces of both sides of the opening and closing plate; and facilitate the inflow of wastewater and initial rainwater by preventing the occurrence of a bottleneck phenomenon of the wastewater and initial rainwater, by separating the stopper plates from each other while making the positions of the stopper plates to be independently changed. |
