PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking system capable of preventing such an unsafe state that an operator leaves a control panel by surely detecting that the operator operates an operation button.SOLUTION: A multistory parking system has a plurality of pallets arranged in parallel at least in a vertical direction and for placing vehicles. The multistory parking system includes: a drive motor for integrally moving the plurality of the pallets in the vertical direction; an operation button 12 outputting a pressing signal by a pressing input; a human detection sensor 15 for detecting whether or not an operator operates the operation button 12; and a main control part driving the drive motor only when the operation button 12 outputs a press signal and the human detection sensor 15 detects that the operator operators the operation button 12.
