PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify antigen polypeptide having high vaccine activity to bacterial hemolytic jaundice of Seriola fishes and to provide subunit vaccine to the bacterial hemolytic jaundice of Seriola utilizing the antigen polypeptide.SOLUTION: There is provided four types of antigen protein having high vaccine activity to bacterial hemolytic jaundice of Seriola fishes. Further, there is provided vaccine containing these antigen proteins to the bacterial hemolytic jaundice of Seriola.
