PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module capable of realizing miniaturization and high density and reducing cross talk than a conventional manner.SOLUTION: An optical module 100 comprises: an optical device 102 having a plurality of light receiving elements 101; a control device 103 for receiving a signal to and from the optical device 102; and a substrate 104 having a plurality of lines 104a and 104b for passing the signal therethrough. Anode terminals 101a of a plurality of light receiving elements are respectively connected to different lines via a first wire 105a. Cathode terminals 101b of a plurality of light receiving elements are respectively connected to different lines via a first wire 105b. The first wire and the second wire cross each other, and are arranged so as not to come into contact with each other. Wirings for connecting each of light receiving elements and the control device, i.e., wirings of each channels cross each other. |
