PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce return loss without inhibiting smooth rotation of a third conductor extending over a first conductor and a second conductor.SOLUTION: A power distribution phase shifter includes a dielectric substrate 1, a conductor pattern 30 that is provided on conductor patterns 10, 20, provided on the surface of the dielectric substrate 1, so as to extend over the conductor patterns 10, 20, and a coil spring 64 provided between the back surface of the dielectric substrate 1 and an E-ring 62, provided at the end of a pin 50 penetrating the conductor patterns 30, 10 and the dielectric substrate 1 and projecting from the back surface of the dielectric substrate 1, and generating a force acting in a direction for bringing the conductor patterns 10 and 30 close to each other. |
