The present invention relates to a device for measuring the vital signs of a driver. The device for measuring the vital signs of a driver according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body of a vehicle; a vital sign detection part for detecting the vital signs of a driver; a control part for monitoring the state information about the driver based on the vital signs; and a state transmission part for transmitting the state information about the driver to an external device, wherein the vital sign detection part receives, from the main body of the vehicle, information about noise induced by the main body of the vehicle, removes the noise included in the detected vital signs using the information about the noise, and transmits the vital signs, which has the noise removed, to the control part.
