MEASURING AND BILLING SYSTEM FOR SUMMATION WATT(WATT-HOUR)

摘要

The present invention relates to a summation watt measuring and billing system for electricity transaction which is invented for suppressing increase of a maximum peak load of an electricity using customer and for saving electricity billing and for efficient management of electricity usage. The summation watt measuring and billing system can improve an electric fee charging scheme of a Korean electric power corporation (KEPCO) and maintenance and repair management work about the existing summation metering device remarkably. A metering system server can measure and record a summation peak in the same time zone by using metering data which is remotely communicated from the KEPCO as to a KEPCO watt-hour meter. Basic fee of the power using customer can be reduced by imposing the electric fee accordingly. And various metering information can be provided in real-time through a communication network between the KEPCO and the electricity using customer.
