PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of facilitating an inspection and adjustment work of internal devices disposed behind a projectable/retractable operation part while suppressing damage of the internal devices.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a projectable/retractable operation part BS; an operation part cover 7; an inspection opening E; an inner lid 14; connection means R; and an operation part for holding mechanism F. The projectable/retractable operation part BS is switchable between a retracted position and a projected position. The operation part cover 7 for covering the projectable/retractable operation part BS is detachable, . The inner lid 14, which closes the inspection opening E formed in a front face part of the projectable/retractable operation part BS, is switchable between an open state and a closed state, and connectably fitted by the connection means R to allow integral moving with the projectable/retractable operation part in the closed state. The operation part holding mechanism F exerts a holding effect on the inner lid 14 such that the operation part for holding mechanism F enters a holding state to hold the projectable/retractable operation part BS in the retracted position when the projectable/retractable operation part BS is pushed to the retracted position, and enters a release state to release the holding state when the projectable/retractable operation part BS in the holding position is pushed backward. |
