PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which allows for detection or acquisition of information embedded corresponding to various images or color variation, and to provide an image processing program.SOLUTION: A local color displacement calculation unit 1 calculates the local displacement of color for each attention area of a given image as a local color displacement. A distribution acquisition unit 2 sets a reference area for the attention area, and acquires the distribution state of a local color displacement for an extraction color displacement, i.e., a displacement of a preset color. A similarity calculation unit 3 calculates the similarity to the extraction color displacement for the attention area, from the distribution state acquired in the distribution acquisition unit 2. Furthermore, the similarity of the local color displacement and the extraction color displacement may be calculated, and an overall similarity may be calculated together with the similarity calculated from the distribution state. |
