PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can extremely suppress generation of gum.SOLUTION: A device suppressing generation of gum includes a pipe arrangement 42 that has a cylindrical shape in which two or more gas outlets 42a are formed side by side in a row at a side face. The pipe arrangement 42 is fixed to a die part 20 in which circle shape two or more outlets 22b by which a strand S is discharged are formed side by side along one-way. The gas outlets 42a correspond to the outlets 22b one-to-one. An aperture area of the gas outlet 42a is 0.2 mm-7.0 mm. The gas outlet 42a is directed to a region of ±30° to a center point in a circumference of the outlet 22b. An angle formed by a virtual straight line in which the outlets 22b extend and a virtual straight line in which the gas outlets 42a extend is 25°-75°. A linear distance of the gas outlet 42a and the outlet 22b is 3 mm-20 mm. |
