The present invention relates to a cutter apparatus for surgical operation, having a changing structure, more specifically to a cutter apparatus for surgical operation, having a changing structure which makes it possible to change a cutter rapidly as necessary by being combined in a structure capable of changing the cutter part. The cutter apparatus (10) comprises: a cutter (111); a connector (112) extended from one end of the cutter; a coupler (121) whose one part is combined with the connector; and a fixing member (12) whose one end is combined with the other end of the coupler and whose the other part is fixed on a rotary system.
