PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a resin composition by which a resin composition is easily produced and yet, a resin molding excellent in shock resistance and molding appearance can be obtained, and to provide a resin composition used for the production method.SOLUTION: The production method of a resin composition is provided for obtaining a second resin composition by kneading a first resin composition and at least one kind selected from a group consisting of polyester and poly olefin. The first resin composition has an island phase composed of polyester (A), a sea phase composed of poly olefine (C) and a phase composed of at least one kind (B) selected from a group consisting of a modified hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer and a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer in a region including at least a part of an interface between the island phase and the sea phase part, and the first resin composition has 50-600 nm of the average particle size of the island phase and 10-100 nm of an average distance between particle walls among the island phases. |
