The present invention relates to a food waste treatment device which comprises the followings: an insertion unit for inserting food; a treatment unit drying the food by being closely installed around the insertion unit; a discharging unit storing the dried food by being closely installed around the treatment unit; an insertion processing unit installed on the insertion unit for transferring the food inserted into the insertion unit to the treatment unit; and a treatment and discharging unit installed on the treatment unit for transferring the food dried in the treatment unit to the discharging unit. The treatment unit can remove the smell of the food.
