PURPOSE: An oil strainer is provided to reduce damage or deformation of the oil strainer by absorbing an external shock, which is applied to the lower end of the oil strainer, during the transfer process in which the shock is delivered to an outlet connected to an oil pump. CONSTITUTION: An oil strainer includes a first case (1), a second case (2), and a screen. The first case is formed to have an outlet unit (12) which is formed with an outlet (11), and a first cutout part (13) which is formed by cutting out the lower side of the outlet unit with inclination. The second case is formed to have a second cutout part (23) corresponding to the first cutout part, and an induction pipe unit (22) which is formed with an inlet (21) which inhales oil by being connected to the second cutout part. The screen is interposed between the first cutout part and the second cutout part. The first case or the second case has a shock reduction unit which reduces the shock which is applied to the inlet, and then delivered to the outlet. |
