摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a red pepper sauce with anti-oxidative activity and a red pepper sauce manufactured thereby. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a red pepper sauce having increased storability, enriched nutrients, and improved flavor by treating with garlic oil and red pepper seed oil; and the red pepper sauce manufactured by the method. The present invention comprises: a first step for making garlic oil by putting rosemary and garlic in grape seed oil and heating; a second step for making red pepper seed oil by putting red pepper seeds in the garlic oil made by heating in the first step, then extracting and filtrating the red pepper seed oil; a third step for making red pepper oil by putting red pepper powder in the red pepper seed oil made in the second step and extracting the red pepper oil; and a fourth step for making red pepper sauce by adding garlic, salt, red pepper paste, beef, beef jerky, almonds, pine nuts, and sesame seeds to the red pepper oil made in the third step. The beef, beef jerky, almonds, pine nuts, and sesame seeds are processed with the garlic oil.
