A method for preparing sauce with peanut butter as a main ingredient and tanta-noodle sauce produced therefrom of the present invention, beyond the limit of simple noodle dishes using conventional Chunjang, satisfies preferences of westernized modern people, thereby having great industrial utility value as sauce to replace sauce using Chunjang. |
