The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin which increases an absorption rate by dispersing menstrual blood and improves tactility in a skin contact portion. The sanitary napkin includes an upper sheet, a lower sheet which is combined with the upper sheet on an edge, an absorber which is accommodated in a space between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and a plurality of guide units which are arranged in rows on the upper surface of the upper sheet to allow partial surfaces thereof to cross each other, guide menstrual blood to the upper sheet which disperses menstrual blood and is arranged on the bottom, and prevent menstrual blood from remaining on a skin contact surface. |
