PURPOSE: An auto-mobile head rest press processing device is provided to shorten a processing time, and to enhance a measurement accuracy of a distance and a gap between each grooves. CONSTITUTION: An auto-mobile head rest press processing device comprises a fixing mold (100), an inside diameter punching die unit, slide blocks (300, 300'), an elasticity return unit (400), and a press pressurization block. The fixing mold comprises a pipe insertion setting groove with a fixed diameter. A half of one side and a half of the other side are adhered closely into one body. The inside diameter punching die unit comprises a pipe inside support die performing a supporter function about a pitch. The slide block is capable of slider-operating with a constant interval by a guiding unit. The elasticity return unit is capable of reverting to an initial position automatically after completing a blanking operation. The press pressurization block comprises a slide pressure unit having an inclination angle which is symmetrical to an inclination angle of a slide blow accommodating unit. |
