Disclosed are a rebar spacer and a molding device. The present invention forms the rebar spacer, which forms a binding wire penetration hole by high strength compression, using identical materials as a concrete structure which goes through cast-in and curing processes. Therefore, the present invention solves a problem that bubble holes are generated around the rebar spacer when curing is performed after casting-in concrete, and prevents damages caused by probe rods when casting-in concrete so that a problem of structural weakness of the concrete structure can be solved, a problem that structural stability is degraded by corrosion can be improved by forming the rebar spacer using the identical materials as concrete, the rebar spacer can be used as being stood up or lied down according to covering depth of concrete, and construction convenience can be increased by maintaining intervals of rebars which are horizontally and vertically arranged regardless of movement of the rebar spacer by binding the rebar spacers with rebars using binding wires.
