Provided is a roaster including: a roaster body (10) having, on the upper surface, a flame bursting hole (11) so that a flame generated when the fuel (41) is combusted bursts out upward; a horizontal extending plate (20) which horizontally extends in the outer radial direction of the roaster body (10), has, in the center, a through hole (21) communicated with the flame busting hole (11) and a downward extending part (22) attached to the inner circumferential surface of the flame bursting hole (11) of the roaster body (10) by protruding downward from the inner wall of the through hole (21); and a roasting plate (30) roasting meat placed on the upper surface and having an edge placed in the circumferential part of the through hole (21) of the horizontal extending plate (20). The roasting plate (30) is placed on the horizontal extending plate (20) so that the through hole (21) of the horizontal extending plate (20) is hidden from the outside. |
