PURPOSE: A plant expression vector containing plant disease resistance-specific expression promoter and a gene is provided to diagnose-monitor plant response to a material. CONSTITUTION: A plant expression vector contains a plant disease resistance-specific expression promoter and a reporter gene. The promoter is PIG(pathogen induced gene) promoter. The PIG promoter is PIG1 promoter(sequence number 1), PIG5 promoter(sequence number 2), PIG6 promoter(sequence number 3), PIG14 promoter(sequence number 4), or PIG15 promoter(sequence number 5). A method for screening a material which induces plant resistance comprises: a step of sterilizing plant seeds and treating at low temperature for 3-5 days; a step of culturing for 4-6 days and treating with a candidate material which induces plant resistance for 6-24 hours; and a step of identifying gene expression. |
