摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polymer mortar improving waterproof and anticorrosive functions which is economical by using industrial by-products and which comprises: 20-30 weight% of normal portland cement; 1-5 weight% of rapid hardening cement; 0.5-5 weight% of acryl based polymer; 0.5-5 weight% hybrid powder resin; and rest of aggregate. The present invention is economical and reduces carbon dioxide generation while manufacturing cement by substituting cement which is used for manufacturing a mortar by using steel industry by-products and electric industry by-products and by including a nanosized fine powder binder as 20-50 % of cement amount, a triepoxy silane-based anticorrosive agent; and PVA fiber. The present invention improves waterproof and anticorrosive functions by including hybrid powder resin which has a waterproofing property and acryl based polymer which has water resistance; enhances durability by preventing the permeation of external corrosive substances and improving watertightness and internal density of the mortar by using sand of proper particle sizes and the nanosized fine powder binder; has an advantage of simply controlling drying shrinkage and water property by having PVA fiber; simplifies processes by not using separate anticorrosive additives while repairing and reinforcing concrete construction.
